Save-the-date
This series will be about some nice wedding ideas done by my clients. First stop are the save-the-date cards.
The Save-the-date card is a standard item being done by most US couples. They normally choose a photo from their engagement pictorial and ask a professional layout artist to come up with a design.
The first sample below was made by Joy & Ron from Chicago.
Joy chose a wedding boarding pass theme since they will be 'transporting' all their US friends to Cebu to have their destination wedding/vacation there. Boarding details can be found in www.flymetocebu.weddingwindow.com. Their BestDog, who is 3rd on their bridal party list, will also be joining the ceremony and taking his vacation. What a lucky dog :)
Our next couple, Sheila & Mike, decided to select a photo with a more symbolic theme. Their 'teaser' cards will be placed inside a vellum-like translucent cover so that one can see the images without opening the envelopes (from either side).
