Good Friday (Apr 14)

Some photos from San Fernando, Pampanga - Good Friday.
We arrived late but just in time for the last batch of crucifixion - the one scheduled for 3pm. On the way to the site, a lot of penitents and other onlookers where already on their way back. Penitents blood splattered all over one side of our van.

The place was overcrowded ...

but luckily I was able to take a shot of the last crucified man who seems to be at peace with God, oblivious to the frenzied crowd and sincere in his intent to share in Christ's crufixion.
